A place to begin arrangements

Tender Bloom helps parents, guardians and childcare providers find openings and start conversations. An enquiry or acceptance on the website is not a confirmed childcare booking. The adults involved must agree suitability, fees, permissions and all care arrangements directly before a child attends.

Your account

You must be an adult to create an account. Use accurate details, keep your password private and only make enquiries for children you are authorised to arrange care for. Do not impersonate another person, send abusive messages or use the service to collect other people’s personal information.

Provider responsibilities

Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their setting details, available places and rates, and for maintaining the registrations, insurance, permissions and safeguarding arrangements applicable to their care. A listing does not mean Tender Bloom has independently checked or endorsed the provider.

Before care begins

Ask about registration, experience, safeguarding, meals, rest, collection and any support a child needs. Arrange a conversation or visit. Providers arranging cover must obtain the receiving setting’s agreement and each child’s parent or guardian’s permission.

You can look for an Ofsted report and ask the provider about any relevant agency registration.

This first release

Accounts, provider openings and enquiries are available through your account inbox when service setup is complete. There are no payments, guaranteed placements or emergency-care services. Email notifications and automated password recovery are not available yet; contact support for account help. Check your inbox for replies.

Sample journeys

Pages marked as samples contain fictional providers and example prices. They never reserve a place or contact a real provider. Their images are illustrative.
