How do I find temporary childcare?+
Choose your area, care date and your child’s age on the available care page. Openings come from registered user accounts, and each setting supplies its own details. If there are no openings yet, try another date or check back as the community grows.
Does an enquiry confirm a place?+
No. An enquiry starts a conversation. You and the provider must agree suitability, fees and the care arrangements directly before a child attends. Accepting an enquiry in the inbox is not a confirmed booking.
Where do replies arrive?+
Sign in and open My care plans. Providers can accept or decline enquiries there. Email notifications are not available yet, so please check your inbox here for updates.
What should I ask a provider?+
Ask about registration, relevant checks, age range, fees, meals, rest, collection arrangements and any support your child needs. Arrange a conversation or visit before agreeing care. A listing is not an independent verification by Tender Bloom.
Can providers find cover for several children?+
Yes. An enquiry lets you choose the number of places and enter each child’s age in months. The receiving provider must agree, and you need permission from each child’s parent or guardian before finalising any care arrangement.
What if I forget my password?+
Automated password recovery is not available in this first release. Contact hello@tenderbloom.co.uk for help. Never send your password by email.
Why are some pages labelled as samples?+
The sample journeys let you explore fictional settings and example prices. They are separate from real availability and never contact a provider or reserve a place.
Can I reduce the animation?+
Tender Bloom follows your device’s reduced-motion preference. Turn on Reduce motion in your device’s accessibility settings for a stiller experience.
